Eric and I finally saw the Mediterranean Sea yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! If I had jumped in (which I of course didn't) and kept swimming like a crazy person I would have run into Africa. Mind boggling.
We are settling in to our apartment on the Gran Via, a major thoroughfare in Barcelona, and adjusting to all the new ways of doing things, i.e. lighting the stove, taking a hot shower, mailing a letter...
