So for some reason, every time this song comes on the radio, it makes me a little teary eyed! I love the message and I think we all need to remember how important it is to appreciate today! The other day I was on the phone with Mom and was complaining about school and she said, "you're gonna miss this," and we both mentioned how much we loved this song! Sorry it's all one big paragraph! I edited it like 4 times putting spaces between verses and it keeps publishing the same way!
I really like this song. I often have been in such a hurry to get on with life I forgot to spend more time enjoying the journey. I blinked and you were all grown. I guess I should enjoy this moment more! Yeah right;)
I've never heard this song before, but I love the words! Sometimes I feel like that already! These girls are just growing up way to fast! You really do need to take time to stop and smell the flowers and enjoy every single moment you can!

I'm not into country either - but I think this song has a great message. I thought of it the other day when I was doing something particularly tedious and I thought, "Someday, you really are gonna miss this."
